Ted Wright-Senior Strategic Advisor
As a strategic visionary and chief executive for both publicly and privately held companies, Mr. Wright brings approximately thirty years of Executive Management experience to the EDC Advisory Board, serving as an essential advisor to EDC on all matters pertaining to strategic vision, strategic planning, business development, financial forecasting, and change management. A recognized thought leader and visionary within the industry, Mr. Wright advises EDC management in all facets of both long-term and day-to-day decision making.
Among Mr. Wright’s many distinguished appointments include his service as President and CEO of ACADEMI, President, North America Government and Defense, of KBR, Inc., President, Technology Services and Solutions, of BAE Systems, and Vice President, Director System Engineering Group, of ITT. As a strategic visionary and chief executive, he has consistently achieved remarkable financial success, both through organic growth and through acquisition activities, whether measured by revenue, CAGR, orders, or PBITDA.
A systems engineer by training, Ted Wright served as an officer in the United State Air Force, on both active duty and as a reservist, between 1979 and 2009. He holds a BA (Bio-Physical Sciences) from the University of Northern Colorado, and a Masters of Engineering (Space Operations) from the University of Colorado.
